Seamab is committed to working in partnership with the relevant inspectorates and regulatory bodies. The care and education services at Seamab are inspected by the Care Inspectorate and Education Scotland respectively. The most recent Care Inspectorate report can be viewed here.
As a registered charity and independent organisation, we are currently members of a number of professional organisations. We actively contribute to these organisations as well as participating in their training courses and conferences.
We have established a quality assurance and improvement framework which sets improvement priorities for everyone at Seamab.
Seamab is currently a member of

- Educating Through Care Scotland (ETCS);
- Children in Scotland
- Scottish Attachment in Action.
